Here are some habits  you should start  doing to see progress .

Clean Eating

Clean eating doesn't mean starving yourself, remember to eat healthier and not just junk food. For an easier way to start eating healthier just think about the three main things that should be on your plate (protein, veggies, and carbs)

Drink Water

Always stay hydrated, try drinking about 3L a day. This will give you glowing skin, weight control, energy boosting, digestive efficiency, etc.

Make your bed

The first thing you should do when waking up is making your bed, this will improve your productivity throughout the day.

Workout

To stay active work out at leats 30 min a day, it can be going for a walk, to the gym, pilates, etc.
